This Reservation & Refund Policy explains how room bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are managed.
1. Reservation Policy
1.1 Booking Confirmation
Reservations can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or authorized travel partners.
A booking is confirmed only after an advance payment or full payment is received.
Guests will receive a confirmation message or email containing reservation details.
1.2 Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time: 11:00 AM
Check-Out Time: 9:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be granted based on availability and may include additional charges.
1.3 Guest Identification
All guests must present a valid government-approved ID during check-in:
Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport
Foreign guests must present a Passport with valid Visa.
1.4 Room Allocation
Rooms are allotted based on availability and hotel management discretion.
Special requests (sea-facing, specific floor, extra bed, etc.) are subject to availability.
2. Payment Policy
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
UPI
Credit/Debit Cards
Net Banking
Razorpay / Online Payment Links
Cash at Reception (if applicable)
2.2 Advance Payment
A minimum advance payment may be required for reservation.
The advance amount is adjusted against the final bill at the time of check-in.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Standard Cancellation
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for refund as per refund rules.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may result in partial or full charge.
3.2 No-Show
If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice, the booking will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3.3 Group Reservations
Group bookings (3 or more rooms) require 7 days notice for cancellation.
Late cancellations may incur full charges.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only when:
The cancellation request meets the cancellation criteria.
The booking is not marked as “Non-Refundable”.
The refund request complies with hotel policy.
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during booking (UPI, card, bank transfer, Razorpay, etc.).
4.3 Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Payment gateway or bank delays may extend the timeline slightly.
4.4 Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain offers, last-minute deals, festive-season, or discounted packages may be non-refundable.
Such bookings cannot be canceled or modified.
4.5 Early Check-Out
If a guest leaves earlier than planned:
The remaining nights are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be granted at hotel management’s discretion.
5. Modification of Reservations
Date changes or modifications are allowed depending on availability.
Any price difference must be paid by the guest.
Modifications may not be allowed for non-refundable bookings.
6. Force Majeure
The hotel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
Strikes
Transport shutdowns
Government orders
Pandemics
In such cases, guests may request rescheduling subject to availability.
