These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, online booking system, and services offered by Hotel Sonar Bangla, located at Rajbari Complex, Near Nehru Market, Old Digha.

2. Booking Policy

2.1 Reservation Confirmation

  • All bookings made through our website & phone are subject to availability.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation message or email with booking details.

2.2 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 10:00 AM

  • Check-Out Time: 9:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

2.3 Identification

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Razorpay (or other approved gateways)

3.2 Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure, encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant systems.
We do not store card or bank details on our server.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before check-in.

  • Cancellations made after this period may incur full or partial charges.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

  • No refunds for no-show guests.

5. Modification of Bookings

  • Any request for date change or booking modification depends on room availability.

  • Price differences (if any) must be paid by the guest.

6. Hotel Rules & Guest Responsibilities

6.1 Behavior

Guests must behave respectfully and avoid causing disturbance to others.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate rules.

6.2 Damage to Property

Any damage caused to hotel property by a guest must be compensated by the guest before check-out.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activities

  • Smoking in non-smoking areas

  • Possession of hazardous materials

  • Loud music after allotted hours

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or cash.

  • Guests are advised to use lockers or safes when available.

  • The hotel is not liable for any injury, accident, or natural event beyond its control.
